As a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, I was transferred to Newmarket Detachment from Montreal in November, 1995. Although my selling agent in Montreal was with Century 21, he referred me to Paul. He explained that he had previously had contact with Paul and that he was very professional. He also added that he felt he would be doing me a disservice should he refer me to someone else. He was not mistaken.

Throughout December 1995, Paul worked with me to determine the type of home that I was looking for. In April 1996, he spent several days driving me around, and visiting houses all around the Newmarket area. In July of 1996, the RCMP sent me on a house hunting trip that was scheduled to last 7 days. Paul worked tirelessly with me during this time, making me his #1 priority and tolerating all of my whims and indecisions. He routinely stated that there were many houses available but he wanted to help me find a "home" .

We eventually located a "home" in Keswick and Paul went to work with my offer.  All turned out well, for this I am very thankful.

As luck would have it, I have been recently transferred to Saskatchewan. When it came to the sale of our home, we did not hesitate to call Paul , even though we do not live in the Newmarket area.

Once again, Paul impressed us with his professionalism, honestly, discretion and work ethic. He helped us avoid potential snags that could easily have caused us heartache. He facilitated the sale, insisting once again, that it wasn't about "him" , it was about "us". He also pre-screened an agent in the Regina area, who turned out to be wonderful as well.

In 1996, I was remiss in not sending a letter of thanks. Had I not sent a letter this time I believe that I could have been considered "negligent".

Ths assistance and advice that Paul has provided has been invaluable and above reproach. He has carried and conducted himself with professionalism that few can match. It is not often that I find myself in the position to say that I am proud to have made an acquaintance, however with Paul, I do not hesitate.

Although my wife and I have both personally thanked Paul, we would like to request your assistance in expressing our sincere gratitude. In our opinion, he is without a doubt, an asset to your organization. Congratulations.

Dear Paul,

 No words can express our gratitude fro all that you have done for us over the last 9 months. We have come so far and accomplished so much thanks to your persistence, dedication to your clients, hard work and most of all - your utmost professionalism.

It has been a long time coming and although we experienced many ups and downs, it has finally poid off and is now all coming together. Our dream is now a reality thanks to you.

So, for all the times you dropped everything to put us first, reworked your schedule, patiently answered all our calls and questions, took us through houses good and bad, kept us positive when we were discouraged and last but not least went beyond the call of duty to make a birthday extra special - we thank you. Through it all, it has always been a pleasure working with you.

You did a fantastic job on the description of the home! Really great. I keep reading it over  and over....... The sign was put on the front lawn about an hour ago. Around 4:15 I received a call from your office informing me that an agent would lke to see the house between 430-5pm. Wow! did I scramble home to grab little Fifi here and met the agent with the client shortly after I arrived so I could unlock the shop for them.

Wow! ...that was fast!!
